The Crunk Feminist Collective is incredibly engaging from the moment you enter the site. The Crunk Feminist Collective discusses the intersectionality between black women and feminism. This blog focuses on the damaging aspects of removing the black voices and culture from U.S. history. It is very empowering to hear the personal experiences of this collective and hearing the ways in which we can make a difference, no matter our race. The Crunk Feminist Collective has a variety of fantastic resources, such as a newsletter that you can subscribe to.

Feminist Campus is fantastic for those who are in university. It talks about feminist issues at universities, activism opportunities, and topics you need to know about. While the blog posts are highly informative, the rest of the website also contains amazing opportunities for getting involved at your local campus. Even if you are not in university, this is a great resource to gain a better understanding of current issues.

Black Women Radicals has a blog called Voices in Movement, where they showcase incredible advocates, campaigns, and news stories happening around the world. From feminists you may not have heard of, to Nigerian women against police brutality, this blog showcases empowering women who are making a difference in their communities and in the world. If you are looking for advocacy articles or a feel-good read about black feminists who made history, this blog is the perfect accumulation of ideas.

Renee Gerlich offers incredibly touching blog posts that give you immediate insights into her thought process and knowledge of feminist issues. Although her blog hasn’t been updated since the end of 2019, there are a lot of blog posts that she has written over the years that are definitely worth reading. Many of them are still relevant today.

  1. One Woman Project

One Woman Project is an incredible compilation of heart-wrenching stories of women. It is a youth-led, not-for-profit blog. The posts are engaging and relatable, as many of us have experienced the same sexism they describe. They have tons of topics, ranging from activism, to women’s health, to Indigenous Feminists. I fell in love with the writing style of this blog and the many topics that they have covered. The One Woman Project also has resources if you want to get involved in activism.

Black Feminisms cover hot topics on the internet and in pop culture. This blog combines black culture and feminism into an amazing, timely blog that challenges ideas through intersectionality. With many topics that help individuals learn more about intersectionality and issues in pop culture, this blog also has a resource center to help you get involved. This is a great place to start if you don’t understand intersectionality or don’t know how to help fight for black feminism.

  1. Equality Now

The Equality Now website is a great activism platform that pushes professionals and policymakers into making lasting change for gender equality. This website brings up issues, change that should happen, and incredible change that is happening all around the world by women. They include blog posts about feminists you may not have heard of, while also allowing for very interesting topics including feminism in the United Nations, economic recovery, and the United Kingdom. These topics help us understand the more serious side of feminism and the actual policy changes that need to happen.
