1. Research the company

The person interviewing you will be able to tell if you’ve done your research or not.  Show your interviewer that you are familiar with the company’s background, customer and upcoming projects. Be prepared to answer.

  2. Where do you think our company has room to grow or change?
  3. Why do you want to work here?

2. Practice and preparation make perfect

Practicing can seem silly and often awkward when doing so alone or even with someone else. However, practicing your answers is a crucial part to preparing for an interview. The strongest and most impressive answers will be those that are specific and concise. Often the most important part of answering your interview questions is answering your question completely.

For example, if you are asked; “What are three things you hope to learn doing this job?” Make sure you list three things and then expand on each one. 3. Take care of things ahead of time

7. Follow up

Follow up 24 hours after your interview with a courtesy email or a hand written note. This can demonstrate that you are extremely interested in the position and also serves as a polite way to remind them that you are waiting for their answer.
